When you prepare a report, in addition to downloading it, you can simultaneously send it by whatsapp to your client by following these steps:

1) Complete a report

Whether it's a acquisition report, valuation report, market research or property file, activate the Share by Whatsapp button from the configuration pop-up.

Felds will be displayed that you must fill in with:

Telephone number of the customer
Name
Message text. (Default template included)
Check to save it as a new template
Click on Create report

2) Connect with Whatsapp

A Whatasapp Web tab will open for you to preview the message. Then the whatsapp application will run. If not, click Continue to chat.

(💡) Remember, it is necessary to have the application installed on your device and if not, you must download it.

When you continue, a new conversation will automatically open with the phone number you have entered and the message ready for you to review. Just send it!

Knowing the detailed and real-time information of an area will help you to offer a more professional service to your customers and solve all their doubts.

1) Define the area to be analysed

Draw on the map the area you are interested in and automatically, on the right side of the screen, a window will appear where you can select the "Market research" module.

To obtain reliable data, avoid mixing areas with different behaviour. (The maximum size to be analysed is 150 ha).

2) Analyse the most interesting facts

By default, data and metrics are displayed on the behaviour of the sales offer in the chosen area.

You can also analyse this information, for rental purposes, by switching to the "Rental" tab.

Some of the most interesting facts to know are:

Monthly evolution of the €/m2 built One of the main concerns of your clients is the evolution of prices in their area. This is very valuable information that can determine the sales strategy for a property, its starting price, conditions, etc.
Proce reductions Providing your customers with real time data on the percentage of competitors that have already made price adjustments in the area, their quantity, … is key to go to market with a competitive price.

How to value a property with Betterplace?

With Betterplace you can appraise all types of properties: homes, business premises, offices, warehouses and lands.

In addition, it is possible to personalise and adjust your valuations to generate maximum confidence in your clients and justify all your decisions.

1) Select the property to be valued From the functionality bar on the left, select Valuation -> Value to search for a property by address or cadastral reference.

Next, you must choose the type of operation you want to value (Sale/Rent/Both) and validate the property data (Typology and surface area).

2) Similar properties selection

Once the characteristics of the property have been validated, an estimate of the final price is displayed. 1- Choose the surface range to search for similar properties 2- You have 3 different options to delimit the area over which to make the automatic selection of the most similar properties: * Circle (zoom in or out using the +/- buttons)

* My zones (choose zones that you have previously saved)
* Draw (draw an area directly on the map to look for similar dwellings)

1) Locate the property

From the File of the property, you can generate the acquisition report directly from the following button

NOTE: It is also possible to prepare this report from the list of properties displayed in the "Search" tool.

2) Configure the report

In addition to being automatically generated with your brand's logo and corporate colour, you can personalise all the information so that the first contact with the owner makes the difference with your competitors.

Chose the language.
Add the customer´s name and surname in the report
Add your agent details and biography to build trust from the first contact.

Betterplace allows you to present reports of properties that you do not have in your portfolio with your details, logo and corporate colour to interested buyers. Once you have their interest in one of them, it will be easier to close an exclusive contract with the owner or a partnership agreement if the property is in the hands of another real estate agent.

1) Search properties by characteristics

Once you have selected the area where you are interested in searching, you can filter to display only those ads that meet your buyer's requirements.

(💡) Prioritise the search on private properties that allow you to get a higher profit in the operation. If you don't find any, try searching the professional list.

2) Consult the file of the property

Click on the ad you are interested in to access the digital file with the characteristics of the property and photos. Convert this file into a PDF that you can give to interested parties by clicking on the "Download file" button

Just as important as getting leads from potential customers is knowing where those leads are coming from. Adding different UTMs to your web scoreboard will allow you to know which advertising media are performing best so you can focus your efforts on them.

1) Add the UTMs to your web valuator link

Go to the web browser tool and click on the button "Actions --> Copy link".

From here, follow these steps:

Paste the URL of your web browser, which you have previously copied and fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*)
Campaigns Source --> Indicate the source where you are going to publish the URL (QR, Facebook, Instagram, Web…)
Campaign Medium --> Indicate within the source, where or how you have placed the URL (botón, banner, imagen, etc…)
Campaign Name --> Indicate the name you have given to this advertising campaign to distinguish the result from others.
(Optional) --> Fill in additional fields for extra information
